About Liz
Hi, I'm Liz - an intuitive guide bridging nutritional & lifestyle medicine with energy healing to invoke a transformational journey for clients seeking practical support on improving their overall health and wellbeing. Compassion and empathetic listening are at the forefront of my approach, as I am intimate with the waves of healing. Gut health is my specialty, hence my quirky title "The Gut Witch," and my favorite modality for inner work is collaborating with the plant medicine, Cacao. If you haven't joined me in Cacao Circle yet, I highly recommend it! These circles bring people together with a common purpose of connecting to the heart and healing within community.

It is through repairing and nurturing the flow of healthy energy in the body that we can better navigate our external stressors and find the strength to pursue our wellness goals.
Shamanic Energy Session
Combining several ancient techniques from teachings all around the world, shamanic energy work helps to remove negative energies from and around the body, while also returning positive energies that have been diminished, damaged, or scared off. This is deeply powerful work for those who are ready to transform and enhance their overall wellbeing in a major way.

Cacao Circles
Cacao is a superfood that offers a variety of health and mood-boosting nutrients, as well as nourishes the emotional heart. In circle, we drink warm, melted cacao amongst peers and connect to our hearts for greater clarity and expansion. This is a modern practice inspired by ancient Mayan tradition.
